Rob Pierre is a distinguished investor, advisor, and business leader. As co-founder and former CEO of Jellyfish, Rob scaled the digital marketing firm from its inception in 2005 to a global leader with 2200+ employees across 38 offices. Jellyfish, valued at hundreds of millions, was acquired by The Brandtech Group in June 2023.
Rob now focuses on fostering growth for ambitious businesses and sharing his expertise in innovative organisational structures. He co-owns the Inside Out Project, a UK clothing brand designed and produced by young ex-offenders, and is a founding partner at Impact X, a venture capital firm supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs in Europe. Additionally, Rob co-founded Infinity, a call tracking and analytics company, and owns MBER, a fine dining bar and restaurant in London.
Rob contributes to the international speaker circuit and has been recognised as Media Leader of the Year and featured in the Powerlist of the UK’s most influential Black Britons. He is also a trustee at The Lucy Rayner Foundation and The Migration Museum.
