Pivoted three times in my career, taking a leap of faith into the unknown. Believe one does not always need to see the full ladder. As long you see the next 2 steps and have faith in yourself you should move ahead. Executive and Board leader with 25+ years of experience, currently working as a Regional President for a Block Chain Technology company, bringing a very diverse leadership experience across fintech start-ups, CEO & MD of life Insurance company, Board Member, Tech Investor, COO, CPO in BFSI, Global Capability Centre, and FMCG. Have solid experience of working with Regulatory bodies in the India market.

When I am not working, you can find me reading multiple books at any given point finishing over 50 books a year, actively engaging on X and LinkedIn, watching Formula 1, tennis , Football besides Cricket and of course movies and series.
