Before Sift, he spent 11 years as a Senior Producer on ATP Tour Uncovered, a weekly show broadcast in 150+ countries, covering 200+ tournaments across 30+ countries and building a global network of freelance creatives that now numbers 1,000+. In 2024, Charlie co-created Nothing Major, a tennis media brand and podcast built with four former pros that hit 4M+ YouTube views and 2M+ podcast listens in its first year alone, earning a Forbes "must-listen" feature. Sift operates as the production engine behind the show, combining his background in content, social strategy, and branded content with deep relationships across the sport. He now splits his time between growing Sift's production and partnership business and expanding Nothing Major's reach beyond the tennis bubble.
