Dominic Gagnon is a serial entrepreneur and CEO of Connect&GO, a global leader in RFID and attractions management solutions used by major venues worldwide, with a goal of processing $1 billion in transactions by the end of 2026.
He previously founded Piranha and Mozzo Technologies (acquired by Equation Humaine in 2014), co-founded Propulse (sold to Karelab in 2015), and later served as Partner and Chief Revenue Officer at Karelab before its acquisition by Altrum Recognition in 2016.
Dominic is also Co-Founder and CEO of IX-Points and Educ Expert, a world leader in e-learning for firefighters. He has invested in and chaired several companies, including Rose Buddha (sold to Nolk in 2023), and served on the Board of LOOP Mission, a circular economy pioneer. A passionate advocate for entrepreneurship and neurodiversity, he is the author of four best-selling books and a blogger for Les Affaires.
Recognized as both a business leader and philanthropist, Dominic is deeply involved in multiple causes. He is Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Centech (a global top 20 incubator) and CEO-in-Residence at Zù, founded by Guy Laliberté. He mentors for Futurpreneur, teaches entrepreneurship at ÉTS, and frequently speaks at conferences worldwide.
His contributions have earned him more than 25 distinctions, including EY Entrepreneur of the Year and recognition as one of the 15 most innovative people in the world by BizBash, alongside brands like Disney and Target.
