James Rose is the Founder and Group CEO of Inflectiv Group, where he focuses on backing founder-led agencies through strategic, minority investments that accelerate growth and strengthen exits while allowing founders to retain independence.
His career spans leading growth for a video tech business, serving as a founder, non-executive, and commercial leader across high-growth scale-ups, and learning hard lessons from earlier ventures in property development during the financial crisis. These experiences shaped his philosophy on structuring investments, driving growth through acquisition, and creating long-term equity value.
Through Inflectiv Group and his work with Rose Equity Partners, James brings together best-in-class agencies in creative, PR, video, audio, experiential, and performance marketing, combining the strengths of independent businesses with the scale and stability of a larger group.
He is also active as a board advisor with the Veblen Director Programme, an executive member of Pavilion, and a former Scale Expert with Scalewise, supporting SaaS ventures from Seed to Series B.
His expertise lies in revenue and profit growth, M&A, exit strategies, and building strong partnerships that unlock exponential opportunities for founders.
