Jingjin Liu is a pioneering entrepreneur, investor, and advocate dedicated to advancing women’s inclusion and leadership across Asia. She is the Founder of The ELEVATE Group, a network of companies committed to driving social justice and empowering women at all stages of their careers. Previously, she founded ZaZaZu, a corporate education platform designed to help one million professional women navigate workplace and personal challenges, and co-founded ASBO Drives Technology GmbH, which transformed rural Chinese agriculture and was later acquired by China Machinery Engineering Corporation. A sought-after TEDx speaker and advisor to organizations such as the FemTech Association of Asia and Loyal VC, Jingjin is on a mission to impact five million professional Asian women through innovation, advocacy, and systemic change.
Her career highlights also include breaking barriers in the male-dominated automotive industry as Global Marketing Director at WABCO, where she was the only Asian, the only woman, and the youngest senior director under 35. Managing portfolios worth up to $800 million, she drove revenue growth of more than $200 million while achieving significant global impact. Recognized as a LinkedIn Top Voice, Jingjin continues to influence global conversations on leadership, equity, and women’s empowerment. Through her ventures, board roles, and thought leadership, she has consistently challenged societal norms, built high-growth organizations across Germany, China, and Singapore, and created pathways for women to thrive both professionally and personally.
